The problem of driving deviation caused by inaccurate steering of the driving wheels is solved, the operation difficulty of driving straight lines through motor steering is greatly reduced, and real-time correction can be carried out in the automobile driving process. The method passes actual tests at present, and the effect is obvious.
本发明公开了一种牵引驱动轮转向精度定位的方法及系统,方法包括汽车行驶过程中,通过零位开关判断汽车是否跑偏;若汽车处于跑偏状态,通过电机编码器获得实时转向电机的位置;判断车轮的转向角度是否大于设定角度;在汽车行驶过程的非转弯状态下,时刻进行零位调整。本发明解决了驱动轮转向不准导致的行车偏差问题,极大降低了通过电机转向走直线的操作难度,且可以在汽车行驶过程中实时进行纠正。此方法目前已经通过实际测试,效果明显。
