The torque control scheme of the hybrid vehicle comprises the following steps of: sampling a belt slipping event for multiple times in the running process of the vehicle, and recording the actual output torque of a motor and an engine when each slipping occurs initially, so as to calculate the average maximum static friction force of a belt on a belt wheel of the motor when each slipping occurs; determining a maximum static friction force limit value based on each maximum static friction force; whether the expected static friction force of a belt on a motor belt wheel caused by the demand torque distributed to the motor based on the total demand torque of the vehicle is larger than the maximum static friction force limiting value or not is judged; and under the condition that the expected static friction force is larger than the average maximum static friction force, the required torque of the motor and the required torque of the engine are redistributed so that the expected static friction force can be smaller than or equal to the maximum static friction force limit value.

    一种混动车辆扭矩控制方案包括:在车辆运行过程中对皮带打滑事件进行多次采样,并且记录每次打滑初始发生时的电机和发动机实际输出扭矩,由此计算出每次打滑时皮带在电机带轮上的平均最大静摩擦力,基于各最大静摩擦力确定最大静摩擦力限值;判断基于车辆总需求扭矩分配给电机的需求扭矩导致的皮带在电机带轮上的预期静摩擦力是否大于所述最大静摩擦力限值;在所述预期静摩擦力大于所述平均最大静摩擦力的状况下,重新分配电机和发动机的需求扭矩而使得所述预期静摩擦力小于等于所述最大静摩擦力限值。
