The invention provides an ultrahigh-pressure water jet ship rust removal online monitoring system. The ultrahigh-pressure water jet ship rust removal online monitoring system comprises a high-pressure pump system control module, a rust removal wall-climbing robot control module, a solid-liquid recovery and separation monitoring module, a solid waste incineration monitoring module, an image display module and a data transmission module. Key parameters including the water inlet pressure, the water outlet pressure, the operation oil pressure, the vacuum degree of a vacuum recovery system, the operation efficiency of a derusting execution mechanism and the like of a pump unit are read and transmitted from related sensors of all components in the ultrahigh-pressure water derusting system, and monitoring of the whole-process derusting process and the equipment state and whole-process operation of the system process are achieved. The ultrahigh-pressure water rust removal system has the advantages that manual control errors are eradicated, labor cost is reduced, operation of the whole ultrahigh-pressure water rust removal system can be monitored globally, and automation of ultrahigh-pressure water rust removal work is achieved.
