The invention discloses an active charging pile heat dissipation system, and the system comprises a monitoring platform which is internally provided with a single-chip microcomputer and is connected with a local area network; a start-stop monitoring assembly; a state monitoring component; the start-stop monitoring assembly and the state monitoring assembly are in communication connection with a local area network through the distribution network automation wireless communication assembly. The physical cooling assembly is mounted in the active charging pile; and the early warning assembly is connected with the local area network, and the terminal equipment is used for interaction between a worker and the monitoring platform. Through real-time state detection of the charging pile, reduction of current supplied to the charging pile and air cooling are carried out at the same time, and under the condition that normal use of the charging pile and a power supply circuit of the charging pile is not affected, the service life of the charging pile is prolonged, and the possibility of fire disasters and other risks is reduced.
本发明公开了一种主动式充电桩散热系统,包括:监控平台,监控平台内置单片机,且监控平台连接局域网;启停监测组件;状态监测组件;启停监测组件与状态监测组件分别通过配网自动化无线通信组件与局域网通信连接;物理降温组件,物理降温组件安装于主动式充电桩内部;预警组件,预警组件连接局域网,以及用于工作人员与监控平台进行交互的终端设备。本发明通过对充电桩实时状态检测,利用降低供给此充电桩的电流以及风冷同时进行,达到充电桩及其供电电路在不影响正常使用的情况下,延长充电桩的使用寿命,减少火灾及其他风险发送的可能性。
