The invention discloses an intelligent non-pneumatic tire and a vibration monitoring system thereof. The intelligent non-pneumatic tire comprises a tread, a mechanical part and a sensor. The tread comprises a rubber layer, a belted layer and a steel wire layer; the mechanical part comprises an outer elastic ring, a hinge group and an inner elastic ring; the sensor comprises an acquisition unit, a group collection unit and a server unit. The intelligent non-pneumatic tire and the vibration monitoring system thereof disclosed by the invention not only have the characteristics of high bearing capacity, puncture resistance, tire burst prevention and the like, but also can monitor the vibration data of the tire in real time, and have wide application prospects.

    本发明公开了一种智能非充气轮胎及其振动监测系统,智能非充气轮胎包括:胎面、机械部件以及传感器。所述的胎面包括橡胶层、带束层、钢丝层;所述的机械部件包括外弹性环、铰链组以及内弹性环;所述的传感器包括采集单元、组收集单元和服务器单元。本发明公开的一种智能非充气轮胎及其振动监测系统不仅具有承载能力高、防刺破、防爆胎等特点,而且可以实时监测轮胎振动数据,具有广泛的应用前景。
