The invention provides a vehicle body repairing paste and a vehicle body repairing method. The method comprises the steps that a repairing paste is pasted to an inlet of a to-be-repaired hole in a vehicle body, so that a closed space containing the hole is formed; injecting a liquid repairing material for repairing the hole into the closed space; inputting current into the liquid-state repairing material so as to solidify the liquid-state repairing material into a solid-state repairing material; and when the state of the solid repairing material reaches a preset state, it is determined that the vehicle body is successfully repaired. According to the method, the material which can be gradually hardened from the liquid state to the solid state under the power-on condition is used as the repairing material of the automobile body, the material is injected into the to-be-repaired hole, the state of the repairing material is continuously observed after power-on, if the state of the repairing material reaches the expected state, it can be determined that hole repairing is completed, and the repairing efficiency is improved. The method has the advantages of being simple in repairing mode, high in repairing efficiency, low in repairing cost, high in applicability and the like.
