The invention discloses an electric vehicle service network low-carbon charging method based on carbon emission flow, which comprises the following steps of: 1, establishing a daily charging load model of an electric private car by considering travel starting time, travel ending time, daily driving mileage and air conditioner energy consumption of the electric private car; step 2, considering the basic load of the network node and the charging load of the electric vehicle, obtaining the dynamic carbon potential of the node of the service network of the electric vehicle, and recording the carbon emission obtained by combining the charging amount and the corresponding carbon potential; step 3, dividing a service network step carbon emission responsibility range and a corresponding step carbon price interval based on a Shapley value; and 4, establishing a low-carbon charging optimization model of the electric vehicle service network, and redistributing the charging load capacity of the electric vehicle. For an electric vehicle service network, carbon emission caused by charging of the electric vehicle is obviously reduced, the carbon emission cost, namely the operation cost, is reduced, and the low-carbon property of the electric vehicle is fully exerted.
