The invention provides a multi-scale cause analysis method for a road section with multiple traffic accidents. The method comprises the following steps: S1, dividing urban roads in an analysis range into road sections as analysis units to identify road sections with frequent traffic accidents; step S2, from the perspective of urban planning design and operation management, constructing and calculating a multi-scale traffic accident influence factor index system meeting requirements on a macroscopic level, a middle level and a microscopic level; s3, training a road section traffic accident kernel density analysis model, and calculating an SHAP value of each influence factor by adopting an SHAP method; and S4, on each road section where traffic accidents occur frequently, comparing the influence degree of each influence factor on the traffic accidents on the road section through normalizing the SHAP absolute value, and identifying main influence factors. The method can solve the problems that the existing road safety analysis technology is insufficient in comprehensiveness and granularity and cannot meet the traffic safety management requirement under the current urban update background.

    本发明提出一种多尺度的交通事故多发路段成因分析方法,所述分析方法包括以下步骤;步骤S1、将分析范围内的城市道路划分为路段,作为分析单元以识别交通事故多发路段;步骤S2、从城市规划设计及运营管理角度出发,在宏观层面、中观层面、微观层面,构建并计算满足要求的多尺度的交通事故影响因素指标体系;步骤S3、训练路段交通事故核密度分析模型,并采用SHAP方法计算各影响因素的SHAP值;步骤S4、在每个交通事故多发路段上,通过归一化SHAP绝对值,比较各影响因素对该路段交通事故的影响程度,鉴别主要影响因素。本发明能解决现有的道路安全分析技术的全面性、颗粒度存在不足,不能满足现阶段城市更新背景下交通安全治理需求的问题。
