The embodiment of the invention provides a rail transit vehicle comprehensive control system which comprises a first main control unit, a second main control unit, m + 2 comprehensive execution units and 2n comprehensive switch units, and the first main control unit, the first comprehensive switch unit to the nth comprehensive switch unit and the second main control unit are sequentially connected in series. The first main control unit, the (n + 1) th comprehensive switch unit to the 2n th comprehensive switch unit and the second main control unit are sequentially connected in series, and each comprehensive switch unit is connected with the corresponding comprehensive execution unit. The main control unit, the comprehensive execution unit and the comprehensive switch unit are combined to form a real-time control network, a high-performance computing network and a configuration management network, so that the reliability, the safety and the execution efficiency of the rail transit vehicle control system are effectively improved, and the whole life cycle cost and the maintenance difficulty of the vehicle control system are reduced.
