The invention provides a self-adaptive turn-over magnetic attraction robot. The self-adaptive turn-over magnetic attraction robot comprises a vehicle body, a turn-over shaft module, an active steering engine module, a wheel self-adaptive module, a wheel moving module and a wheel magnetic attraction module. The vehicle body comprises a vehicle body core plate and vehicle body side plates arranged on the two sides of the vehicle body core plate, the vehicle body core plate and the vehicle body side plates are connected through the turnover shaft module, and the active steering engine module is used for driving the turnover shaft module to rotate so as to drive the vehicle body side plates and the vehicle body core plate to turn over relatively; the wheel moving module is installed at the bottom of a side plate of the vehicle body through the wheel self-adaption module, and the wheel magnetic attraction module is installed on the wheel moving module. The device can be actively adsorbed on the surface of a metal facility for adsorption, has the capability of adapting to adsorption of surfaces with different curvatures through the wheel self-adaptive module, realizes rapid movement through the wheel moving module, and can be turned over at the edge of the metal, so that secondary carrying is avoided, and the problem that only one surface can be detected is solved; and the flaw detection efficiency of the robot is improved.

    本发明提供了一种自适应翻面磁吸机器人,包括车身、翻转轴模块、主动舵机模块、车轮自适应模块、车轮移动模块以及车轮磁吸模块;车身包括车身核心板与设置在车身核心板两侧的车身侧板,车身核心板与车身侧板之间通过翻转轴模块连接,主动舵机模块用于驱动翻转轴模块旋转,从而带动车身侧板与车身核心板之间相对翻转;车轮移动模块通过车轮自适应模块安装在车身侧板底部,车轮磁吸模块安装在车轮移动模块上。本发明能够主动吸附在金属设施表面来进行吸附,并通过车轮自适应模块具有适应不同曲率表面吸附的能力,通过车轮移动模块实现快速移动,并能够在金属边缘处进行翻折,以避免二次搭载和解决只能检测一面的问题,提高了机器人探伤检测效率。
