The invention provides an integrated mounting system and method for a high-temperature gas cooled reactor core supporting structure, and relates to the technical field of nuclear power construction, the integrated mounting system for the high-temperature gas cooled reactor core supporting structure comprises a pre-assembly plant, and a bridge crane is arranged in the pre-assembly plant; the first operation platform is provided with pre-assembly cabins arranged in multiple rows and multiple columns, each pre-assembly cabin is correspondingly provided with two cantilever cranes, and the cantilever cranes are used for reshipment, namely installation, of equipment in the pre-assembly cabins. The integrated mounting system for the high-temperature gas cooled reactor core supporting structure solves the problem that the reactor core supporting structure is lack of an integrated pre-assembly environment outside a nuclear island plant, and provides guarantee for smoothly realizing integrated pre-assembly of the reactor core supporting structure outside the nuclear island plant; the construction difficulty is correspondingly reduced, the construction operation environment is improved, and the construction level of nuclear power engineering in China and the economical efficiency of high-temperature gas cooled reactor nuclear power are improved.

    本发明提供了一种高温气冷堆芯支承结构一体化安装系统及安装方法,涉及核电建造的技术领域,该高温气冷堆芯支承结构一体化安装系统包括预组装厂房,在所述预组装厂房内设置有桥式起重机;所述第一操作平台具有呈多排多列设置的预组装舱室,且每一个预组装舱室对应设置有两个悬臂吊,所述悬臂吊用于预组装舱室内设备倒运即安装。本发明提供的高温气冷堆芯支承结构一体化安装系统解决堆芯支承结构在核岛厂房外缺少一体化预组装环境问题,为顺利实现堆芯支承结构核岛厂房外一体化预组装提供了保障;使施工难度相应降低、施工作业环境得到改善,对提高我国核电工程的建造水平与高温气冷堆核电的经济性。
