The invention discloses a permanent magnet direct drive three-axle bogie and a vehicle, the bogie comprises a framework and a direct drive wheel pair unit arranged on the framework, the direct drive wheel pair unit adopts a hollow shaft diaphragm coupling, and permanent magnet motors of three axles all adopt interchangeable suspension structures. The suspension arm is arranged on one side of the permanent magnet motor, the two swing rods are arranged on the other side of the permanent magnet motor, rubber joints are arranged on the suspension arm and the swing rods, the suspension arm and the swing rods are connected with the framework through the rubber joints, and two motor stopping plates connected with the permanent magnet motor are arranged between the two swing rods. The framework is fixedly provided with a transverse stopping plate extending between the two motor stopping plates, elastic stopping blocks are arranged on the two sides of the end portion of the transverse stopping plate and located between the two motor stopping plates, the free gap of the middle shaft is zero, and the end shaft is provided with a proper stopping gap. According to the invention, the transverse displacement adaptation amount of the diaphragm coupling, especially the intermediate shaft, can meet the transverse displacement amount of a motor and a wheel set of an elastic suspension structure.
