A simulator 100 includes a housing 1, the housing 1 containing: a control stick 10 having a first control member 12 rotatable about a first rotation shaft 14 and a second control device 13 rotatable about a second rotation shaft 15 located below the first rotation shaft 14 and perpendicular to the first rotation shaft 14; a first reaction force generator 20 having a spring 22 displaced by rotation of the first control member 12 to generate a reaction force to an operation of the first control member 12; a second reaction force generator 50 having a spring 52 displaced by rotation of the second control member 13 to generate a reaction force to an operation of the second control member 13; a motor 31 that displaces the spring 22 to reduce the reaction force to the operation of the first control member 12 to zero to change a neutral position of the first control member 12; and a motor 61 that displaces the spring 52 to reduce the reaction force to the operation of the second control member 13 to zero to change a neutral position of the second control member 13. An output shaft 32 of the motor 31 is located below the first reaction force generator 20, and an output shaft 62 of the motor 61 is located above the second reaction force generator 50.
