PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a vehicular air conditioning apparatus with which energy saving property may be improved while keeping comfortability.SOLUTION: A controlling apparatus for an air conditioning apparatus comprising 2 units capable of cooling determines whether a cooling thermal load for cooling vehicular room is high thermal load state of a predetermined level or more or the cooling thermal load is low thermal load state of less than the predetermined level in step 180. In a case where it is determined as the high thermal load state in step 180, air blowers of both units are driven and a solenoid valve is opened so that refrigerant is also allowed to flow to an evaporator for a rear seat unit in step 190. In a case where it is determined as the low thermal load state in step 180, the air blowers of both units are driven and the solenoid valve is closed so that the refrigerant is prohibited to flow to the evaporator of the rear seat unit and the rear seat unit is made to function as an air circulator in step 200.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 3

    【課題】快適性を維持しつつ省エネルギー性を向上することが可能な車両用空調装置を提供すること。【解決手段】冷房可能なユニットを2つ備える空調装置の制御装置は、ステップ180で車室内を冷房する際の冷房熱負荷が所定量以上である高熱負荷状態であるか冷房熱負荷が所定量未満である低熱負荷状態であるかを判定する。ステップ180で高熱負荷状態と判定した場合には、ステップ190で両ユニットの送風機を駆動させるとともに電磁弁を開いて後席ユニットの蒸発器にも冷媒を流通する。ステップ180で低熱負荷状態と判定した場合には、ステップ200で両ユニットの送風機を駆動させるとともに電磁弁を閉じて後席ユニットの蒸発器への冷媒流通を禁止し、後席ユニットをエアサーキュレータとして機能させる。【選択図】図3
