To provide a pedestrian road crossing simulation device for generating a walking determination model by which crossing determination is generated with the use of a walking speed of a pedestrian and walking determination of the pedestrian is prevented from becoming complicated, so as to obtain a behavior close to the behavior of the actual pedestrian concerning a relation between the pedestrian and a traveling vehicle in a simulation environment.SOLUTION: A pedestrian road crossing simulation device includes: a walking information reception section for receiving walking information related to walking of a virtual pedestrian to cross a road in a simulation environment; a traveling information reception section for receiving traveling information related to traveling of a virtual vehicle to travel on a road in the simulation environment; a crossing determination section for generating crossing determination to regulate an action of the virtual pedestrian, which indicates whether the virtual pedestrian whose walking information has been input is to cross or not to cross the road in the simulation environment in accordance with the traveling of the virtual vehicle whose travel information has been input; and an action determination section for outputting the crossing determination of the virtual pedestrian.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
