To provide an ammonia gas pipe facility which enables reduction of condensation of an ammonia gas and damage risk of a burning appliance and a pipe while enabling replacement of the leaking ammonia gas with a fluid.SOLUTION: An ammonia gas pipe facility includes: an inner pipe forming an inner space in which an ammonia gas circulates; an outer pipe which encloses the inner pipe from the outer periphery side and forms an outer space with the inner pipe; a fluid introduction part for introducing a replacing fluid to be replaced with the ammonia gas leaking from the inner pipe into the outer space; a fluid discharge part which is provided spaced apart from the fluid introduction part in an ammonia gas circulation direction and discharges the replacing fluid from the outer space; and a temperature control part which heats the replacing fluid before it is introduced into the outer space.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 2
