The present invention relates to a regenerative braking control system using a paddle shift of a hybrid vehicle, and a method thereof. The regenerative braking control system using the paddle shift of the hybrid vehicle of the present invention comprises: a paddle switch having a first paddle shift for downshift and a second paddle shift for upshift; a host controller which calculates a deceleration control amount of regenerative braking for stopping the vehicle as a hold operation of the first paddle shift is input; and a controller controlling motor torque for the regenerative braking according to the deceleration control amount calculated by the host controller, but controlling hydraulic braking to enter as the vehicle reaches a stop status. An objective of the present invention is to provide the regenerative braking control system using the paddle shift of the hybrid vehicle to achieve motor heat generation and energy reduction, and the method thereof.

    본 발명은 다운 시프트를 위한 제1패들 시프트 및 업 시프트를 위한 제2패들 시프트를 구비하는 패들 스위치, 상기 제1패들 시프트의 홀드 조작이 입력됨에 따라, 정차를 위한 회생제동의 감속도 제어량을 산출하는 상위 제어기 및 상기 상위 제어기에서 산출된 감속도 제어량에 따라 회생제동을 위한 모터 토크를 제어하되, 정차 상태에 도달함에 따라, 유압 제동이 진입하도록 제어하는 제어기를 포함한다.
