본 발명의 일 실시예에 의해 수소 생산 및 동력 발생 장치가 제공된다. 본 발명의 일 실시예에 따른 수소 생산 및 동력 발생 장치는, 액화천연가스를 저장하는 연료탱크와, 액화천연가스가 자연 기화하여 생성된 자연기화가스와, 액화천연가스를 강제 기화하여 생성한 강제기화가스 중 적어도 하나를 공급받아 열분해하여 제1 수소와 고체카본을 생성하는 메탄열분해반응기, 및 메탄열분해반응기로부터 공급받은 고체카본을 공기와 전기 화학적으로 반응시켜 전기를 생산하는 제1 연료전지를 포함할 수 있다.
