HITRAN, as a database covering a variety of high-temperature gas spectral radiation parameters, has been widely used with the development of aviation optics in recent years. However, the commonly used gas spectral line parameters in the HITRAN database have the problem of insufficient coverage of the spectrum, which often cannot support the research of multiband spectra of aero-optics, especially the ultraviolet spectrum. In this article, according to the distribution characteristics of gas spectral line parameters in the HITRAN database, the AdaTransformer framework is constructed. By learning the gas parameter data of each spectral segment in the HITRAN molecular database, an extended model of gas high-temperature spectral line parameters in the HITRAN database is established. In the model, we introduce importance evaluation parameters and spectral radiation transition theory to optimize the loss function and regularize the output of each layer of the model, which improves the prediction accuracy of the model. Experiments show that the spectral line parameter expansion model established in this article can expand the gas spectral line parameter data volume in the HITRAN database by six to seven times within a 5% error range. The model can provide support for high-temperature gas optical research and lay a foundation for the application of high-temperature gas optical properties.
