The navy must be capable of executing the CJTF JFACC mission or hosting both the CJTF and JFACC taffs aboard ship. This paper will attempt to show that the concept of basing the JFACC afloat is feasible and sometimes desirable, but there are advantages and disadvantages.... JFACC Afloat.
