Provided in one or more embodiments of the present description are a parking charging method and apparatus, and an electronic device, which are applied to a parking charging system. The method comprises: obtaining vehicle information of a parked vehicle at a parking space, the vehicle information having a corresponding user account on a payment platform; by means of a parking charging system, issuing a vehicle parking record to a blockchain at a corresponding first blockchain node on the blockchain, the vehicle parking record comprising a parking duration during which the parked vehicle parks on the parking space; every time the parking duration reaches a first preset duration, implementing an asset transfer operation associated with the payment platform on the basis of the vehicle parking record so as to collect an asset corresponding to the first preset duration.
