The invention relates to a traffic sign green light strip display system and a mobile device applied to the same. The traffic sign green light strip display system comprises the mobile device. The mobile device at least comprises a global positioning system (GPS) receiving module, a communication module and a green lamp strip graph and information displaying and processing module. The GPS receiving module is used for receiving the GPS coordinates of a vehicle. The communication module wirelessly transmits transmission requirements, requires for wireless transmission crossing time-system planning parameters of a rear end server and receives the crossing time-system planning parameters, wherein the crossing time-system planning parameters are the time-system planning parameters corresponding to a traffic sign of a front crossing of the road where the vehicle is located. The green lamp strip graph and information displaying and processing module at least includes road geographic information system (GIS) graphs and information and is used for determining which part of signs of the road section graphs and information corresponding to the front crossing display green lamp strips according to the crossing time-system planning parameters , the driving speed limit of the vehicle on the road section and the running time phase and the residual step seconds of the traffic signs under the running state of the traffic signs.
