The invention relates to an all-steel meridian tire bead structure. The tire bead structure comprises a bead apex filling a gap between a carcass ply anti-package part wrapping a periphery of a steelwire ring and an inner carcass ply, the carcass ply wraps the rubber core, a steel wire seam allowance wraps the carcass ply structure, and a profile rubber strip is further arranged between the steelwire seam allowance and the carcass ply. The bead apex comprises a first bead apex located close to an end surface of a tire bead structure , a third bead apex and a second bead apex arranged betweenthe first bead apex and the third bead apex in a transition mode, a steel ring is arranged at the bottom of a third triangular tire core, and a seam allowance protective rubber and an outer tire siderubber are further arranged on the outer side of the tire bead structure. According to the invention, a phenomenon that the tire bead part is easy to generate excessive heat and easy to crack and disengage is solved, the bearing capacity and the service life of the tire are improved and prolonged, and the safety performance of the tire is further improved.
本发明涉及一种全钢子午线轮胎胎圈结构,所述的胎圈结构包括填充包裹在钢丝圈周围的胎体帘布反包部位与内侧胎体帘布层之间空隙的三角胶芯,胶芯的外部包裹有胎体帘布层,胎体帘布层结构外部包裹有钢丝子口,其中钢丝子口与胎体帘布层之间还设置有型胶条,三角胶芯包括位于靠近胎圈结构端面部的第一三角胶芯、第三三角胶芯以及两者之间过渡设置的第二三角胶芯;第三三角胎芯底部设置有钢圈,胎圈结构外侧方位还设置有子口护胶和外层的胎侧胶。本发明解决了胎圈部位易生热过大易裂口易脱空的现象,提高了轮胎的承载能力与使用寿命,进一步提升了轮胎的安全性能。
