The invention discloses a roadside parking charging system and method. The system comprises a background server, a roadside parking charging controller, a camera, an RSU antenna and a geomagnetic sensor; the roadside parking charging controller is used for comparing the license plate information of a vehicle acquired from the camera with the license plate information of the vehicle acquired from the RSU antenna, if the license plate information is consistent with the license plate information of the vehicle acquired from the RSU antenna, the same vehicle is confirmed, and the time of the vehicle entering a parking space is recorded; and the RSU antenna is also used for acquiring the license plate information of the OBU in the vehicle again at fixed time intervals, sending the license plateinformation to the roadside parking charging controller, and performing charging operation on the OBU in the vehicle according to a current rate table under the control of the roadside parking charging controller after confirming that the vehicle is still in the original place. The advantages of video parking charging and geomagnetic parking charging are utilized, the ETC technology is combined,and the defects of video parking charging and geomagnetic parking charging are overcome.
本发明公开了一种路侧停车收费系统及方法,系统包括:后台服务器、路侧停车收费控制器、摄像头、RSU天线和地磁传感器;路侧停车收费控制器,用于将从摄像头获取的车辆的车牌信息与从RSU天线获取的车辆的车牌信息进行比较,若一致则确认为同一辆车,并记录该车辆进入车位的时间;RSU天线,还用于每隔固定时间再次获取该车辆内OBU的车牌信息并发送至路侧停车收费控制器,在确认该车辆还在原处后,在路侧停车收费控制器的控制下根据当前费率表对该车辆内OBU进行扣费操作。本发明利用视频停车收费,地磁停车收费的优点,结合ETC技术,弥补视频停车收费,地磁停车收费的缺点。
