The method can improve the calculation precision of the green light passing rate, does not depend on the detection result of a fixed sensor, reduces the layout cost and maintenance cost, avoids the situation that the fixed sensor is damaged to cause the calculation error of the green light passing rate at the intersection to affect daily transportation, and can serve as an important index for traffic signal control optimization; the vehicle waiting time is reduced, the overall passing efficiency of vehicles at the intersection is improved, and the traffic pressure of a city is improved.
