The invention relates to an electric vehicle carbon reduction intelligent charging method based on a short-term carbon emission factor, and the method comprises the following steps: carrying out the linear fitting of the total carbon dioxide emission in the same time period of different days and the total power generation amount of a power system, and taking the slope as the short-term carbon emission factor of the power system in the t time period; establishing objective functions f1 and f2 by taking the data of different time periods as the basis and taking the load variance and the carbon emission of the power system as optimization cost; when the electric automobile is in an empty or flameout state for more than 40 minutes, the electric automobile is considered to be capable of being charged, information of the electric automobile capable of being charged is recorded, and a data set of the electric automobile going for charging is obtained; the charging starting time of the electric vehicle data set to be charged and the charging initial electric quantity of the electric vehicle are obtained, the charging starting time and the charging initial electric quantity serve as input, the target function serves as an optimization target, and the optimal charging starting time and the actual charging electric quantity are obtained through a double-layer non-dominated genetic algorithm.

    本发明为一种基于短期碳排放因子的电动汽车减碳智能充电方法,该方法包括以下内容:将不同天的同一时段的总二氧化碳排放量和电力系统的总发电量进行线性拟合,以斜率作为t时段电力系统的短期碳排放因子;以不同时间段的数据为基础,以电力系统负荷方差、碳排放量为优化成本建立目标函数f1和f2;当电动汽车处于空车或熄火状态超过40分钟时,电动汽车被认为能进行充电,记录能进行充电的电动汽车车辆信息,得到前往充电的电动汽车数据集;获得前往充电的电动汽车数据集的充电开始时间和电动汽车的充电初始电量,以充电开始时间和充电初始电量为输入,以目标函数为优化目标,利用双层非支配遗传算法获得最优充电开始时间和实际的充电电量。
