The invention provides a sand core structure and a hollow auxiliary frame, a sand core (2) is of an integrated structure, the sand core (2) comprises a cross beam core (1), a first hole (4) used for forming a motor fixing hole (3) is formed in the cross beam core (1), and the first hole (4) is arranged in the front-back direction and penetrates through the front side face and the rear side face of the cross beam core (1); a supporting core (5) is arranged in the first hole (4) and fixed to the side face of the first hole (4) through a supporting arm core (6). The supporting core (5), the supporting arm core (6) and the cross beam core (1) are of an integrally-formed structure. According to the sand core (2) structure, a side core-pulling structure can be omitted, the efficiency is higher, and meanwhile press fitting of a lining in the later period is facilitated.

    本发明提供了一种砂芯结构及中空副车架,砂芯(2)为一体结构,砂芯(2)包括横梁芯(1),横梁芯(1)上形成有用于用于形成电机固定孔(3)的孔一(4),孔一(4)前后方向设置且贯穿横梁芯(1)的前后侧面;孔一(4)的内部设置有支撑芯(5),支撑芯(5)通过支撑臂芯(6)与孔一(4)的侧面固定。支撑芯(5)、支撑臂芯(6)与横梁芯(1)为一体成型结构。该种砂芯(2)结构可以省去侧抽芯结构,而且效率更高,同时便于后期进行衬套的压装。
