The invention discloses a method for preparing a tire rubber material by recycling waste tires, which comprises the following steps: by taking the waste tires as raw materials, firstly extruding and crushing to form rubber blocks and wastes except the rubber blocks, then removing steel wires in the wastes except the rubber blocks, carrying out high-temperature cracking, and recycling carbon black and tail gas generated by high-temperature cracking, thereby obtaining the tire rubber material. The method comprises the following steps: heating high-temperature pyrolysis tail gas under the action of a catalyst to form carbon nanotube clusters, mixing the carbon nanotube clusters with rubber powder formed by crushing rubber blocks and carbon black generated by high-temperature pyrolysis, and carrying out high-temperature tanning to form the tire rubber material. The tire rubber material prepared by the method provided by the invention has excellent performance, can be used as a raw material for preparing secondary tires, and achieves the purposes of reducing pollution in a waste tire recovery process, reducing resource waste and reducing cost.

    本发明公开了一种回收利用废旧轮胎制备轮胎橡胶材料的方法,以废旧轮胎为原料,先挤压破碎形成胶块和除胶块外的废料,再将除胶块外的废料中的钢丝去除,进行高温裂解,回收高温裂解产生的炭黑和尾气,将高温裂解尾气在催化剂的作用下加热形成碳纳米管团簇物,再与胶块粉碎形成的胶粉、高温裂解产生的炭黑混合,经过高温鞣制形成轮胎橡胶材料。通过本发明的方法制得的轮胎橡胶材料具有优良的性能,可以作为制备二次轮胎的原料,达到减轻废旧轮胎回收过程中的污染、减少资源浪费、降低成本的目的。
