The device comprises a mounting plate, an operation box is slidably mounted on the upper surface of the mounting plate, a separation plate is fixedly mounted in the middle of the operation box and divides the operation box into an adsorption bin and a spraying bin, and a circulation window is arranged in the middle of the separation plate; by arranging the curved pipe and the adsorption plate, multi-layer filtration and dust removal are conducted on air in a mine laneway, the dust removal effect of the air in a mine is effectively guaranteed, the dust removal time procedure in the mine is conveniently adjusted through the adjusting piece, targeted dust removal is conveniently conducted according to the air quality in the mine, and the practicability is high. When the center wheel rotates, the gear rings on the two sides are driven to rotate, and when the gear rings rotate, the multiple purification pieces rotate along the axes of the gear rings, so that air in the spraying bin is stirred, flowing of the air in the spraying bin is accelerated, and finally the air subjected to dust removal flows into a mine laneway, so that dirty air is recycled.

    本发明涉及矿井除尘技术领域,具体的是一种矿井巷道内封闭除尘和污风循环利用装置及方法,包括安装板,安装板上表面滑动安装有作业箱,作业箱中部固定安装隔离板,隔离板将作业箱分隔形成吸附仓与喷淋仓,隔离板中部设有流通窗,通过设置曲型管与吸附板,完成对矿井巷道内的空气进行多层次过滤除尘,有效保障了矿井内空气的除尘效果,通过调节件便于对矿井内的除尘时间工序进行调整,以便于根据矿井内的空气质量进行针对性除尘,中心轮转动时带动两侧的齿圈转动,齿圈转动时多个净化件沿着齿圈轴心进行旋转,从而对喷淋仓内部的空气进行搅动,加速喷淋仓内部空气流动,最终经过除尘后的空气流动至矿井巷道内,以实现污风循环利用。
