The invention relates to a ship activity area defining method. The ship activity area defining method comprises the steps that 1, S is calculated based on a linear deceleration model; step 2, based on the gyration motion, calculating the maximum gyration longitudinal distance Ad of the ship; step 3, determining a ship activity area; the scale D of the ship activity water area is equal to max {Ad, S}, and 4, determining the area of the ship activity area as piD2. According to the method, the condition that the two ships meet is considered, the accuracy of defining the scale of the ship activity area is improved, and then the safety of ship traveling is improved.

    本发明涉及一种船舶活动区域界定方法,其包括步骤1、基于直线减速模型计算出S;步骤2、基于旋回运动,计算船舶的旋回最大纵距Ad;步骤3、确定船舶活动区域;船舶活动水域的尺度为D=max{Ad,S},步骤4、确定船舶活动区域面积为πD2。本发明考虑了两船舶对遇的情况,提高了提高船舶活动区域尺度界定的准确性,进而提高船舶行驶的安全性。
