A pedal torsion sensing device of an electric bicycle is characterized in that a first outer gear ring is combined in a shell, a second outer gear ring is rotatably arranged in the shell, the second outer gear ring is combined with a torsion element, the tail end of the torsion element is fixed, a strain gauge is arranged on the surface of the torsion element, and the first outer gear ring and the second outer gear ring are respectively meshed with a group of planet gears which are arranged on a planet carrier and move synchronously. A crankshaft penetrates through the space between the gears of the two sets of planetary gears, the crankshaft is transmitted to the second outer gear ring through one set of planetary gears by means of the gear, and the other set of planetary gears are linked to drive the output end of an output hollow pipe to rotate; when in use, the torque sensor is arranged on a frame of the electric bicycle, and when the output end is connected with a fluted disc and has a load, the torque of rotating the crankshaft can twist the torsion element, so that the strain gauge senses the torque of rotating the crankshaft due to treading, and the torque is used as a basis for the magnitude of electric auxiliary power output.

    一种电动自行车的踩踏扭力感测装置,是在外壳内结合第一外齿圈并可转动地设置一第二外齿圈,第二外齿圈结合末端固定且表面设有应变规的扭转元件,第一外齿圈及第二外齿圈各与一组同设于行星架而同动的行星齿轮啮合,设有一曲柄轴穿过两组行星齿轮的齿轮之间,所述曲柄轴以齿轮通过其中一组行星齿轮传动至第二外齿圈,并连动另一组行星齿轮带动一输出中空管的输出端转动;本发明使用时是设置于电动自行车的车架,当输出端连接齿盘有负载时,转动曲柄轴的扭力会扭转所述扭转元件,使所述应变规感测曲柄轴受踩踏旋转的扭力,作为电动辅助动力输出大小的依据。
