The invention relates to a rear structure for improving the performance of a trailer body. Comprising a rear coaming, a rear floor rear section, a rear floor longitudinal beam rear section, a rear anti-collision beam and an anti-collision energy absorption box. The anti-collision energy absorption box comprises a first-section energy absorption box body, a second-section energy absorption box body and a connecting assembly, and the first-section energy absorption box body and the second-section energy absorption box body are fixedly connected to the rear wall plate through the connecting assembly while the first-section energy absorption box body and the second-section energy absorption box body are fixedly connected through the connecting assembly. The first end of the first section of energy absorption box is connected to the rear floor longitudinal beam rear section, the second section of energy absorption box is a crumple section and is connected to a rear anti-collision beam, connection of a rear structure in the x-axis direction is achieved, and the first end of the first section of energy absorption box extends into a surrounding structure of the rear floor longitudinal beam rear section and is connected with the surrounding structure; and the connection strength in the y-axis direction and the z-axis direction of the rear structure is improved. Therefore, on the premise that the weight and the cost of the vehicle body are controlled, the anti-collision requirement of the rear portion of the vehicle body is met, and the vehicle body performance during vehicle dragging is improved.

    本发明涉及一种提升拖车时车身性能的后部结构。包括后围板、后地板后段、后地板纵梁后段、后防撞梁和防撞吸能盒。防撞吸能盒包括第一段吸能盒、第二段吸能盒和连接组件,连接组件将第一段吸能盒和第二段吸能盒固定连接的同时,将第一段吸能盒和第二段吸能盒固定连接到后围板上。第一段吸能盒的第一端连接到后地板纵梁后段,第二段吸能盒为溃缩段、且连接到后防撞梁,实现后部结构的x轴方向的连接,其中第一段吸能盒的第一端伸入后地板纵梁后段的包围结构内并连接,增加后部结构的y轴方向和z轴方向的连接强度。因此本发明的后部结构在控制车身重量以及成本的前提下,实现了车身后部的防撞要求,提升了拖车时车身性能。
