The invention discloses a train dispatching method and device, and the method comprises the steps: obtaining the line data, train data, passenger flow data and operation basic parameters of a train to be dispatched, building a collaborative optimization model according to the obtained data with the minimum weighted sum of the total traction energy consumption cost of the train and the total travel time cost of passengers as a target, and carrying out the dispatching of the train to be dispatched. Based on the train arrival and departure moment constraint, the tracking interval time constraint and the association constraint between the train stop variable and the passenger distribution variable of the collaborative optimization model, the passenger distribution variable is obtained; solving the collaborative optimization model under the correlation constraint between the train bottom application variable and the train marshalling variable and the correlation constraint between the train timetable variable and the train bottom application variable to obtain a bidirectional train operation frequency alternative scheme, a timetable and a train bottom marshalling scheme of the train to be dispatched, and dispatching the train according to the bidirectional train operation frequency alternative scheme, the timetable and the train bottom marshalling scheme. By implementing the invention, the purposes of reducing the travel time of passengers and improving the train transportation efficiency can be achieved.

    本发明公开一种列车调度方法及装置,所述方法通过获取待调度列车的线路数据、列车数据、客流数据以及运行基本参数,并根据获取到的数据,以线列车总牵引能耗成本及乘客总出行时间成本加权和最小为目标,构建协同优化模型,并基于所述协同优化模型的列车到发时刻约束、追踪间隔时间约束、列车停站变量与乘客分配变量间的关联约束、车底运用变量与列车编组变量间的关联约束以及列车时刻表变量与车底运用变量间的关联约束下对所述协同优化模型进行求解,得到待调度列车的双方向列车开行频率备选方案、时刻表以及车底编组方案并据此对列车进行调度。通过实施本发明,能够达到减少乘客出行时间、提高列车运输效率的目的。
