Comprising two buffer beams of hollow structures, the buffer beams are located below the main beam, and the buffer beams are fixedly connected to the upper surfaces, close to the ends, of the walking beams; the guide parts are located between the main beam and the buffer beam, each guide part comprises two guide columns and side pushing grooves formed in the opposite sides of the two guide columns, the top ends of the guide columns are fixedly connected with the bottom of the main beam, and the guide columns penetrate through the buffer beam in a sliding mode. According to the bridge crane, impact force generated when the bridge crane lifts goods can be conveniently subjected to multiple buffering, a good damping effect is achieved between the main beam and the walking beam of the crane, and therefore all parts of the crane are not prone to being damaged due to the impact effect.

    本发明公开了一种桥式起重机减震装置,涉及桥式起重机技术领域,解决了桥式起重机主梁与两端移动端梁之间缺乏减震装置,导致起吊过程中易因受到冲击作用而导致起重机部件发生损坏的技术问题;包括两个中空结构的缓冲梁,缓冲梁位于主梁的下方,且缓冲梁固定连接在行走梁靠近端部的上表面;多组导向件,导向件位于主梁与缓冲梁之间,每组导向件包括两个导向柱和开设在两个导向柱相向侧的侧推槽,导向柱的顶端与主梁的底部固定连接,且导向柱滑动贯穿缓冲梁设置。本发明方便对桥式起重机起吊货物时产生的冲击力进行多重缓冲,使得起重机的主梁与行走梁之间具备良好的减震效果,从而使得起重机的各个部件不易因受冲击作用而发生损坏。
