The invention relates to a frosting-defrosting-based quick cooling control method for a vehicle passenger compartment, which is used for controlling an automobile refrigerating system and comprises the following steps of: S1, firstly, increasing the rotating speed of a compressor to the maximum for refrigerating, and allowing an evaporator to frost during cooling, so that the evaporation temperature is lower than 0 DEG C; s2, when the evaporator is frosted to a set degree, the speed of the compressor is reduced to enable the evaporation temperature to rise to 0 DEG C again, the rotating speed is kept unchanged, and the evaporator is defrosted; and S3, after defrosting of the evaporator is finished, whether the temperature of the passenger compartment of the vehicle reaches a set value or not is judged, if not, S1 and S2 continue to be repeated till the temperature of the passenger compartment of the vehicle reaches the set value, and normal control over the refrigerating system of the vehicle is switched to. Compared with the prior art, the evaporator is allowed to frost during cooling, the problem that the cooling speed of an existing vehicle passenger compartment is not high enough is solved, and the influence on the service life of a compressor is small; and the control method adopted by the invention is simple in implementation mode and has a very good application scene.

    本发明涉及一种基于结霜‑化霜的车辆乘员舱速冷控制方法,用于汽车制冷系统的控制,包括以下步骤:S1、首先将压缩机转速提升至最高进行制冷,并允许蒸发器在打冷时结霜,使蒸发温度低于0℃;S2、待到蒸发器结霜至设定程度,将压缩机降速使蒸发温度回升至0℃,并保持转速不变,使得蒸发器化霜;S3、待蒸发器化霜结束,判断车辆乘员舱温度是否达到设定值,若未达到设定值,则继续重复S1和S2,直至车辆乘员舱温度达到设定值,转入车辆制冷系统正常控制。与现有技术相比,本发明允许蒸发器在打冷时结霜,解决了目前车辆乘员舱打冷速度不够快的痛点,对压缩机寿命影响小;而且本发明采用的控制方法实现方式简单,具有很好的应用场景。
