The invention relates to the technical field of power dispatching control, in particular to a V2G-based multi-tenant virtual power plant dispatching method and a server, and the method comprises the steps: obtaining the information of all target vehicles connected to a power grid within a preset duration, taking a target vehicle cluster as a virtual power plant, and enabling each virtual power plant to form a micro-grid; acquiring target information including off-grid time, target electric quantity and initial electric quantity uploaded by each target vehicle, and performing charging and discharging scheduling control on the target vehicle through a model prediction control algorithm based on the target information; aiming at the output power of the target vehicle in the micro-grid, preferentially meeting the target vehicle with the power requirement under the same micro-grid; new energy vehicles in a certain area are gathered together to form a virtual power plant, each virtual power plant forms a micro-grid, and the established power grid transmission and feed of the vehicles in the area are uniformly allocated according to the requirements of the power grid through a model prediction control algorithm, so that ordered charging and discharging are realized.

    本发明涉及电力调度控制技术领域,特别涉及一种基于V2G的多租户虚拟电厂调度方法与服务端,获取在预设时长内接入电网的所有目标车辆的信息,以目标车辆集群作为虚拟电厂,每个虚拟电厂形成一个微电网;获取各个目标车辆上传的包括离网时间、目标电量和初始电量的目标信息,并基于目标信息,通过模型预测控制算法对目标车辆进行充放电调度控制;针对微电网中目标车辆的可输出功率优先满足同一微电网下存在功率需求的目标车辆;本发明将某一区域内的新能源汽车聚集在一起,形成一个虚拟的电厂,每个虚拟电厂形成一个微电网,通过模型预测控制算法,按照电网的需求对此区域内车辆既定的电网输馈电进行统一调配,从而实现有序的进行充放电。
