The invention relates to a multi-source aircraft track data fusion method. The method comprises the following steps: receiving a plurality of pieces of track data about a target from a plurality of sources; based on the respective data formats of the multiple pieces of track data, analyzing the multiple pieces of track data and repackaging the multiple pieces of track data into the same data format; unifying data references of the multiple pieces of track data; performing correlation processing on the multiple pieces of track data to determine track data subsets with high correlation; and performing weighted average fusion on the subset of track data to determine a fused track, wherein weights for the weighted average fusion include static weights based on covariance of the subset of track data and dynamic weights based on dynamic extrapolation of the subset of track data. The invention further discloses a corresponding multi-source track data fusion device.
