The invention provides a vehicle cruise speed control method and system based on the distance between a front vehicle and a rear vehicle and a vehicle, and the method specifically comprises the following steps: (1) when the vehicle is in a cruise state, monitoring the distance between the vehicle and the front vehicle and the distance between the vehicle and the rear vehicle; (2) determining the safety state of the vehicle based on the vehicle distance between the vehicle and the front vehicle and the vehicle distance between the vehicle and the rear vehicle; and (3) when the collision risk exists in the safe state of the vehicle, the collision risk of the vehicle is reduced by adjusting the speed of the vehicle. When the vehicle detects that the distance between the vehicle and the front and rear sides or the vehicle behind the vehicle is too close, the risk of collision between the vehicle and the front and rear vehicles in the cruising process is reduced as much as possible by adjusting the cruising speed of the vehicle in a self-adaptive mode.

    本发明提供了一种基于前后车距的车辆巡航速度控制方法、系统及车辆,该方法具体如下:(1)在本车处于巡航状态时,监测本车与前车、后车之间的车距;(2)基于本车与前车、后车之间的车距确定本车的安全状态;(3)在本车所处的安全状态存在碰撞风险时,通过调节本车车速来降低本车碰撞危险风险。在本车检测到其距前后侧或车后的车距过近时,通过自适应的调节本车的巡航速度,尽可能的降低本车在巡航过程中与前后车辆的碰撞风险。
