The invention provides an extended-range hybrid power system optimization control method based on demand power prediction. The extended-range hybrid power system optimization control method comprises an energy management optimization control method in a driving state and a braking state of an extended-range hybrid power vehicle. In the vehicle driving state, the driving demand power of the vehicle is predicted, the power generation state of the range extender and the charge state of the power battery are obtained, and the power ratio of power generation of the range extender and power battery discharging participating in driving is determined through logical algorithm judgment. In the vehicle braking state, according to the charge state of the power battery, whether the power battery needs to be subjected to kinetic energy recovery or range extender synchronous auxiliary charging or not is judged and determined through a logical algorithm. The performance of the range extender and the performance of the power battery can be efficiently exerted, and the energy utilization efficiency of the range-extended hybrid power system is improved.

    本发明提出一种基于需求功率预测的增程式混动系统优化控制方法,包括增程式混动车辆驱动状态下和制动状态下的能量管理优化控制方法。在车辆驱动状态下,对车辆的行驶驱动需求功率进行预测,并获取增程器发电状态和动力电池的荷电状态,通过逻辑算法判断,确定增程器发电与动力电池放电参与驱动的功率配比。在车辆制动状态下,根据动力电池的荷电状态,通过逻辑算法判断,确定动力电池是否需要进行动能回收或增程器同步辅助充电。本发明能够高效率发挥增程器与动力电池的性能,提高增程式混动系统的能量利用效率。
