The invention relates to the technical field of hoisting equipment, in particular to hoisting equipment for transporting coal mine electromechanical equipment and a hoisting method of the hoisting equipment. A sliding column is arranged at the top end of the outer wall of the fixed seat through a cylinder; a hoisting column is arranged on one side of the outer wall of the sliding column; a pulley is arranged on the inner side wall of the hoisting column; one side of the outer wall of the lifting column is fixedly connected with a motor through a fixing block; a rotating shaft is arranged at the output end of the motor; the outer side wall of the rotating shaft is fixedly connected with a winch; by rotating the double-threaded rod, the double-threaded rod rotates to drive the pair of clamping plates to clamp and fix the coal mine electromechanical equipment, due to the fact that the coal mine electromechanical equipment is clamped and fixed, the equipment cannot slide or shake in the transportation process, and the probability of accidents is reduced; and clamping and fixing can prevent the equipment from being damaged due to uneven stress in the hoisting process, the operation safety is improved, the surface of the equipment is protected through the clamping plates, and damage to the equipment in the hoisting process is reduced.

    本发明涉及起吊设备技术领域,具体为用于煤矿机电设备运输用起吊设备及其起吊方法,包括固定座;所述固定座的外壁顶端通过圆柱设有滑柱;所述滑柱的外壁一侧设有起吊柱;所述起吊柱的内侧壁设置有滑轮;所述起吊柱的外壁一侧通过固定块固接有电机;所述电机的输出端设有转动轴;所述转动轴的外侧壁固接有绞盘;本发明通过转动双螺纹杆,使双螺纹杆的转动带动一对夹持板将煤矿机电设备夹持固定,因煤矿机电设备被夹持固定,使设备在运输过程中不会滑落或晃动,降低了事故发生的概率,且夹持固定还能防止设备在起吊过程中因受力不均而损坏,提升了作业的安全性,以及夹持板保护了设备的表面,减少了起吊过程中对设备的损坏。
