To enable a seat retainer, reinforcing a portion of a floor panel to which a seat leg is fixed, to be easily deformed in the event of side crash.SOLUTION: A portion of a floor panel 28 to which a lower rail 26, which is part of a seat leg, is fixed is provided with a seat retainer 38. A lateral piece 38b of the seat retainer 38 is superposed on the floor panel 28 and extends obliquely downwards toward outside in a vehicle width direction from a position where the lower rail 26 is fixed together with the floor panel 28. Because the seat retainer 38 has an inclining portion, the seat retainer is made easily deformable with respect to load input from side.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 3

    【課題】シート脚部が固定されるフロアパネルの部分を補強するシートリテーナが側面衝突時に変形しやすいようにする。【解決手段】シート脚部の一部であるロワレール26が固定されるフロアパネル28の部分には、シートリテーナ38が設けられている。シートリテーナ38の横片38bは、フロアパネル28に重ねて配置され、フロアパネル28と共にロワレール26が固定される位置から車幅方向外側に向けて下方に傾斜して延びる。シートリテーナ38は、傾斜している部分を有することにより、側方から入力する荷重に対して変形しやすくなる。【選択図】図3
