To provide an in-wheel motor unit and an elastic coupling which can reduce a space required for arranging a member supporting a motor.SOLUTION: A bush engagement part 13d of a motor 10 is inserted into a shaft member 51 of an anti-vibration bush 50; therefore, the mass of the motor 10 can function as a dynamic damper with the use of characteristics (elasticity and damping function) of the anti-vibration bush 50. In this case, the anti-vibration bush 50 is arranged at a radially inward side of an elastic body 45 formed in an annular shape, that is, in a space as a dead space; a space required for arranging a member (the anti-vibration bush 50) supporting the motor 10 can be reduced.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 2

    【課題】モータを支持する部材の配設に要するスペースを抑制できるインホイールモータユニット及び弾性カップリングを提供すること。【解決手段】防振ブッシュ50の軸部材51にモータ10のブッシュ係合部13dが挿通されるので、防振ブッシュ50の特性(弾性および減衰機能)を利用して、モータ10の質量をダイナミックダンパとして作用させることができる。この場合、防振ブッシュ50は、円環形状に形成される弾性体45の内周側、即ち、デッドスペースとなる空間に配設されるので、モータ10を支持する部材(防振ブッシュ50)の配設に要するスペースを抑制できる。【選択図】図2
