Disclosed is an automotive door structure. In an embodiment of the present invention, an inner panel made of a metal material and an outer panel made of a CFRP material can be combined with each other to have appropriate competition stiffness. Further, according to the present invention, it is possible to prevent a sealer from leaking during a joining process, thereby preventing a poor appearance of a door. The present invention comprises: the outer panel made of the CFRP material and having a hemming unit; and the inner panel which is made of the metal material and inserted into the hemming unit of the outer panel. Therefore, the present invention can tilt the automotive door and increase rigidity of assembly.
