The engineering test procedure describes test methods and techniques for assessing the mobility of wheeled and tracked vehicles in soft-soil (mud, sand, snow, swamps, wet clay, rice paddies). The evaluation is related to criteria expressed in applicable qualitative materiel requirements, small development requirements, technical characteristics, or other appropriate design requirements and specifications.
