Some problems on calibration and alignment of the strapped-down astro-inertial systems for position and attitude determinations of the large-scale information spacecraft, are considered. Original nonius (vernier) approach is suggested for a long-term image motion stabilization of a large space astronomical telescope. Elaborated methods for dynamic research at partial discrete measurement of the state and digital control, and also some results, are shortly presented.
