Actuality of the present research is related to active deployment of Low Earth Orbit Communications Systems (LEOCS) and widening the area of investigations in satellite systems’ build-up and operation. A perspective LEOCS is considered based on relay satellites with routing function (RSRFs) for handling message packets. The LEOCS use BGP protocol and AAA functions at ground stations. To estimate of the performances of intersatellite links (ISLs) and subscriber links (SLs) of the RSRF f scenarios is proposed, the one when message packets arrive from one SL to group of ISLs. Analytical models are developed related to the scenarios based on queuing systems with simple flow of requests and exponential distribution of service time. RSRF and subscriber performances are forecasted for the perspective LEOCS. For future investigations, more complex model using is proposed, to follow non-stationary and correlated nature of requests arrival and servicing in real systems.
