The task of collection and processing of dynamic characteristics parameters of the railway track panel under the influence of the moving heavy rolling stock is considered. For data collection and processing, it is suggested to use the hardware and software package, designed by the authors, consisting of analog accelerometers, Arduino Uno microcontroller, portable computer and software, that will allow visualisation and analysis of the track panel dynamic characteristics. Following the results of computational and field experiments, it was demonstrated that the complex use allows calculating values of static and dynamic acceleration by axes for the left rail, the left rail dynamic speed, determining deviations from the initial position by axes for the left and the right rails.
