In order to monitor the state of hazardous industrial facilities and to estimate the state of safety and security thereon, it is required to obtain information on the state of these facilities. Sources of information could be ground-, sea-, air- and space-based. The presented work is devoted to considering the possibility of using spacecraft to obtain information about the state of a potentially hazardous facility using the example of a uranium enrichment plant.
