The article reveals the tools of a risk-oriented approach to transport and logistics services from the point of integration of cargo delivery processes with an automated risk monitoring system. Process engineering forms the basis of a new generation of integrated railway transportation systems (RTS) based on digital technologies and the principles of a risk-based approach. With the help of digital modules of the life cycle of the RTS, interaction between all technological and logistic processes is ensured, and in order to ensure the sustainability of the RTS, it is necessary to use risk management mechanisms in the conditions of failure situations based on the technological map of key critical points (KCP).
