Most of large vessels newly built generally use oil injection method of fit for propeller at present, due to keyless fitting is safe and reliable, which can improve efficiency of propeller installation. In practical assembly process, interference fit performance is under the effect of some uncertain factors. This paper explores the real-time monitoring system for keyless fitting of marine propeller. And the paper analyzes the data measured by the sensors to find out key parameters play an important role in keyless fitting.
